More Dome Smoothing

At the first Midwest Robots group build day and barbecue I worked on smoothing out my dome cutting lines and gouges. I'm using DAP Plastic Wood to fill in any imperfections. This stuff is great, it dries in an hour and becomes harder than the styrene. It is easily sanded and can be cut with a razor blade.

  1. I don't think Plastic Wood is made by Minwax though. I was looking for it on minwax.com - they don't have anything called Plastic Wood. Do you still have the can you used?

  2. You're right, thank you for letting me know. I going to be doing some staining on a bar in my house the next day so I had Min Wax on the brain. I used DAP. I've updated the blog post and added a link to the product I used.
