My First Build Day

I accepted a local builder's invitation and went to their build day. Wow! Nothing compares to seeing these works of art up close and personal. I was only going to stop by, talk to a couple of people, get some ideas, and then go home. I spent the entire day speaking with and assisting a great group of people. I definitely have the building bug! R2-NU, your time is coming!

Local Builders Club

I ran across a posting by a builder about a local group on the Yahoo R2 Builders Club boards. They mainly from Nebraska and Iowa and they meet independently from the larger group. It’s one thing to see the R2 building process on line, but I jumped at the chance to become part of a local group that I could speak with and look at what they’ve done.
